Administrative Coordinator (project-based)

About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. If you are eager to learn, and highly motivated with a growth mindset, you're just what we're looking for!

Responsibilities

  1. Bookkeeping

  2. Payroll

  3. Assist in recruitment

  4. Provide administrative and secretarial support

  5. In charge of the preparation of business papers, filings, submissions, etc.

  6. Invoicing to clients

  7. Preparing financial reports and filing requirements

  8. Assisting and training with our CPA

  9. Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing mail, etc.

  10. Ensuring all the accounting transactions are recorded and accurate

  11. Maintaining and organizing all accounting and recruitment documents

  12. Ensuring compliance with local laws, policies regulations, and procedures.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management Accounting or Accountancy or any related course

  2. Open to fresh graduates with related previous internship

  3. Experience in HR and Accounting a plus

  4. Familiarity with all the BIR Forms and government compliance requirements and schedules a plus

  5. Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills

  6. Highly organized

  7. Highly proactive and takes initiative

  8. Keen to details

  9. Go-getter and able to work independently

  10. Resilient and has a "can-do" attitude

  11. Team player and has leadership potential

  12. Preferably based in Cavite
