
About the Role
Lit Digital is looking for a go-getter Business Development Officer to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will be involved in identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and bringing in exciting new projects for the team.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on the marketing and advertising sectors.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored marketing solutions.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and client needs, staying ahead of industry developments.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met, and expectations are exceeded.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Lit Digital and build professional relationships.
🚀Must have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within a marketing or digital agency.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, trends, and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
Proficient in Google Suite and Presentation Tools
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
